Kabil Integrated Industrial Estate (KIIE) manages Citramas Group’s industrial estate, consisting of PT Kabil Indonusa Estate (KIE) and PT Kabil Citranusa (KCN). Spanning over 538 hectares of coastal waterfront land, the estate is strategically located along Batam’s eastern seaboard. KIIE is developed to support oil & gas, renewable energy, and mining-related industries—particularly companies requiring large land plots with direct access to a public port for heavy and oversized cargo movement.
